Amazing property, facilities and staff. It feels both comfortable and very safe to stay there with our two small dogs. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre. Good location in Porto Moniz, all rooms have a nice view of the ocean, the cliffs, and a nearby fort. The facilities were very nice, one indoor pool, and one exterior infinity pool with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was exceedingly varied and tasty. Would definitely try to book them again if I ever return to Madeira.

Host was really clear in the instructions and willing to help with anything we needed. The house is really spacious and clearly well taken care of. The hot tub is a nice touch. The shower was perfect. We want to mention how grateful we are for the flexibility of our host, with a special request of ours... It really helped us out when we needed it. Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.

We stayed at the Goats Place for 9 days and absolutely loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The people living there are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with tips, smiles, and great local recommendations. It made all the difference in helping us explore the island like locals. One of the sweetest surprises was Lassos, the resident dog – such a cutie! You could pet and play with him (with permission, of course), and he really added a special charm to the place. Every day we were treated to little delights – fresh bread or cake or avocados straight from the garden. It felt so generous and homely. Angela, the cleaning lady, deserves a special shoutout too – she was so cheerful, always singing while she worked. Her joy was infectious and made our stay feel even more wholesome. And the whirlpool… wow. We used it every evening, watching the sun set over the ocean or stargazing at night. It was simply magical – the kind of experience you dream about when planning a trip to Madeira. The place is called the Goats Place because there are goats grazing on the lawn (which is already awesome), but honestly? We think it’s named that because it’s truly the Greatest Of All Time. 🐐
