Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Excellent location and beautiful domain. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. We had a great time, one of our top stays in Madeira. The seafront 4-star hotel Aqua Natura Bay in Madeira features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub. A gym is also available, as well as an on-site diving centre. The pictures do not do the property justice, it’s an amazing place to stay, from the moment you walk in the door you feel cozy in a very spacious setting. And the staff, they were all just wonderful, specially Margerida at front desk. Also, it’s a great location to do some exploring in the area and it’s near to different hiking trails (by car).

They offer pick-up and drop-off for 5€/pers from and to the ferry terminal which is really nice and their communication was excellent ! The rooms were clean, spacious, really comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious and generous. They also offer to rent some quads with them for a very affordable price which we did and it was a great way to discover the island. And the host were just amazing. They were nice, thoughtful, always giving us recommendations on what to visit, where to go and to eat. They went above and beyond to make our stay at their place a fantastic experience. I truly recommend this place.
