Speaking English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, staff at the reception can help you plan your stay. My flight was delayed by about two hours so I didn’t think I’d arrive in time to catch the shuttle to the hotel, but the staff kindly let me know that the driver would be following my flight and wait for me at the airport, which was incredibly nice of them to do. The room was great, it all all the amenities (and then some) and the extra touch of providing free water, fruit and biscuits upon my arrival was fantastic! Breakfast was also very good and all the staff was incredibly friendly and kind every day.
