Torel Avantgarde is set in Porto's centre, a 10-minute walk from the Douro riverside and 750 metres from the iconic Clérigos Church. It felt like being at home, superb staff, very helpful and kind. My girlfriend and I were absolutely delighted! Totally recommended

It is difficult to leave the hotel to enjoy outside! The rooftop pool and view are great, but we really enjoyed the spa and the great couples treatment. Thank you Cátia and Melissa. Our dinner at the restaurant had unique cocktails and really embraces português food. I forgot the waiter’s name - Português who grew up in Rhode Island? He was truly a wonder sharing his knowledge with us. Inês made every morning wonderful with a superior breakfast, her kindness remembering our likes, her warmth speaking to guests in 4 languages!

The hotel is brand new as I found out yesterday. The size of the room is very nice. Very beautiful and artistic design. Very kind stuff that meet your needs over and beyond the expectations. I was one night last week and turned around my plans to come back again and stay 2 more nights before flying back home. As a previous 5 star hotelier I can tell a lot about the quality.
