From the moment I arrived at Espinheiro, I knew I was in for something special. Check-in was smooth and welcoming - room was spacious with a nice garden view. The amenities were exceptional and breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring everything from fresh tropical fruits and made-to-order omelets to locally baked pastries and fresh-pressed juices. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond. It is a place I’ll return to without hesitation and recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Originally a 14th-century convent, Pousada Mosteiro do Crato has operated as a castle, a palace, and now a modern luxury hotel. It features an outdoor pool with a sun terrace. Wonderful authentic old monastery now a hotel. On site parking. Nice pool.

Fantastic views and a tranquil setting. The hostess is attentive and charming, and delivers a delicious breakfast to the patio. The home made products and fruit from the garden are delicious. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Wow, this place is such a nice little oasis in Alentejo. Nice garden, pool, and hot tub. You can tell the owners really put a lot of care into fixing the place up. All of the little details are well thought out. The owners Dennis and Anouk are very nice and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water with good pressure. Highly recommend paying for the breakfast. Can't wait to come back
