Everything you expect with friendly staff, clean and ample parking; but with so many other things which put it above the rest. The botanical gardens attached are beautiful, the use of the thermal pool to cap off your evening is magical and the food from either of the two restaurants is exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had privacy and quiet, comfortable beds, a kitchen to cook breakfast which was eggs from chicken in the villa with fresh avocado from the trees! And of course the hospitality was excellent, anything we might need, from recommendations to extra towels was immediately provided and we loved how warm the guest was. The perfect place to stay during vacation in such an amazing destination like Sao Miguel.

Kitchenwares were enough and clean, complimentary snacks. Nice, delicious, good quality breakfast. We could not enjoy the pool, as we stayed only one night, but seems also good. We had poolside room, so no noise from the roads could be heard.
