The outdoor pool looked great for warmer days. The bed and pillows were the most confortable I have slept in for a long time. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely come back when in São Miguel!

We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi, and we were even able to use the laundry room free of charge! This is the best place in Sao Miguel we're sure!

When we arrived to check in, they told us they have had a problem in the system and there was a double booking on the same room and they were full, they had no room for us. However, the manager apologised, and offered us another accommodation in a partner hotel of theirs. Not only the place they found was perfect, but she drove us to the location itself and cared about finding a solution to a problem that can happen to anyone. This whole story shows that I might not know how the hotel is, but I can tell you it’s ran by people with good heart that truly care, and that you cannot find very often.
