The staff are extremely professional in every manner. As an Irish man with limited knowledge of romanian, they make you feel at home. Andrada, was the first person we met at reception, everything was a breeze. Very professional and courteous. At the restaurant on the terrace, the food was exceptional. With a big shout out to Dumitrita and Andrei who served both of us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, made our stay unique. Thank you all very much, we will definitely come back👌👌👌👍👍👍
