Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

An excellent location for families with children. The hotel is on the slopes. You can rent all your ski equipment from the hotel. The food is very, very good, the rooms are very clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. The spa area is very well maintained and has many saunas and good. I recommend the hotel for a dream skiing vacation.

They also provided us with detailed information about the addresses and different functions of the 5 nearby hot springs. The breakfast variety is quite ordered, and there is also a band to entertain dinner. There are many entertainment activities in the nearby park.

From the warm atmosphere to the thoughtful details, every aspect made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely return!
