The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. I had no problems with the check-in. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I met the new year in the hotel restaurant. A very well organized party as well as abundant and delicious food. The spa is clean and well organized. The center of Vraniachka Banya can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Everything about the hotel experience was excellent! The food, spa, I would recommend every time! Staff was super nice ☺️

The facilities were outstanding—everything was incredibly cozy and spotless. It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, but this property managed to achieve just that. From the warm atmosphere to the thoughtful details, every aspect made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely return!
