The entire staff was amazing— the waiting team was polite and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Rania, the manager, was incredibly helpful, as were Mona and Ibrahim, who checked us in and out seamlessly. We also used the hotel car service, and Rajia, our driver, was excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience.

She is one of the best receptionists I have ever met, well spoken and smiling. Sereen too was sympathetic and helpful. Omar called me to check up on me when I left.

The property is stately and huge in size, but the best part was the friendliness of the staff.
