Our hostess, the spread, and ambience were top notch!

A wonderful and charming guesthouse, close (a few kilometers) to the entrance of Stenshuvud National Park. Friendly staff, nice rooms, beautiful decor, nice kitchen to do tea/coffee or prepare some food in the evening. Tasty breakfasts. In the vicinity, there is the beautiful town of Kivik. Situated 2 km from central Kivik, this family-owned accommodation is 15 minutes’ drive from the town of Simrishamn. It provides free Wi-Fi, a furnished garden and on-site restaurant with bar. I loved the place, the garden, the friendly staff, the delicious dinner. The location was perfect to continue my journey around Kivik. It was a fantastic stay that I wish to come back again.

This hotel is in the Österlen village of Kivik, just 300 metres from a sandy beach. It provides free WiFi access, a restaurant, and a neo-Renaissance garden. Great location, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It was relatively empty (dead week just before midsummer) and we enjoyed the calm of the place. The restaurant and breakfast was fine. The room (Villa Emiliero superior 32) was old fashioned with a perfect view. Bed was very confortable. We recommend strongly to visit Ystad and to go to JH matbar. One of best food experience we had in Sweden (very inexpensive comparing to similar venue in Stockholm)
