Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

They can also admire a stunning view of the Velicky Valley from the spacious summer terrace. Amazing hotel in the very heart of the High Tatras. The staff is always kind and smiling, the breakfast, the dinner is perfect and very tasty, the local beer and spirits always give a twist for the stay. This is the perfect place to start the hiking or climbing and to find some peace in this crazy world afterwards.
