We booked one-bedroom apartment, but being Booking member on level Genius 3 we received one-bedroom apartment with balcony (means upgraded apartment). The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, cosy, well equipped. There was separate air condition in the bedroom and in the living room. Both rooms had a balcony, in the bigger one was small table and chairs to have a coffee. The kitchenette was equipped extraordinary. Breakfast was included in the price, and was really nice: eggs, sausage, butter, cheese, vegetables, kidney beans, musli, fruits, sweet cakes, coffee. The receptionist was kind and helpful, spoke English, the check-in and check-out was smooth. There is an elevator in the building. We were really satisfied with everything, except wifi.

The rooms on the property are in a perfect location, the area is very nice - lots of trees, a fireplace, a fountain, you feel like in woods :) The room itself is small but nice but has everything you need including kitchen supplies. The bathroom has a big shower :) Over all, it is a cozy place to stay - almost feels like a little cottage in woods although you are in a small village. The owner is very friendly and always on phone if you need anything.

I stayed for only two nights, even though the reservation was for three. Despite being prepared to pay for three nights, I was asked to pay for only two. A very nice gesture.

The location and interior of the accommodation are astonishing. The staff and the owner are extremely welcoming and hospitable. Both breakfast and dinner are of very good quality. This air-conditioned 4-star hotel is 1.5 km away from the Main Train Station in Michalovce and a 20-minute walk from the Zemplin Museum. Was very clean amd the staff were very friendly
