The location is a bit far from the city center, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The place was very clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay. A perfect place for short and long stays. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen perfectly equipped with everything you might need and more. In the pool area there is a shared kitchen with all the utensils that would be needed to make a complete meal. The facilities are clean and spacious, a place where they have paid attention to detail.

I was contacted at the arrival day via the receptionist and agreed on when we arrive to the property, and got there the keys seamlessly via a reception desk. Staff was very kind and friendly, shown everything, introduced all need to know, where are wood for the grill, etc. The two apartments were clean, fully equipped, comfortable. 4 apartments had an assigned wellness building with infra sauna, jacuzzi. The garden is well maintained, was a perfect spot for family and friends getaway. oh, almost forgot, excellent restaurants in the nearby!

Set in a Renaissance mansion from the 16th century, Chateau Appony is quietly situated in Oponice, 20 km away from Nitra. beautiful place, wonderfully renovated with great attention to detail, very friendly staff, nice wellness

Hotel Château Bela is located in southern Slovakia in the village of Belá. The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. It's a true, huge castle with long history and absolutely beautiful restoration. A real dream wedding place and we already want to go back. One night was too short. They were also very welcoming to our small dog and there was even a sleeping bed for her in the room with the castle's embroidery on it.

The Penzion Zoborska is located on the quiet Zobor hill, only 800 metres from the centre of Nitra with many restaurant, bars and clubs. It is also close to the AgroKomplex fairgrounds. I personally host two properties: a beach house in San Diego, CA, and an apartment in Klagenfurt, Austria. In 2024 alone, I spent at least 60 nights in hotels for both business and leisure, but this pension truly stood out. The rooms are exceptional, the service is top-notch, and the wellness area is incredible, featuring four saunas, a steam bath, a whirlpool, and more. If you ever find yourself in Nitra, I highly recommend staying there. Be sure to book the deluxe room—it’s only 20 Euros more, and absolutely worth it!

The Zlatý Kľúčik hotel is located in the city of Nitra on the lush green Zobor hill. It ranks amongt the best hotels in Slovakia. Choose from nicely furnished rooms and suites. The view was stunning and the staff were so friendly. The only downside is that it is far from the centre of town, but the hotel itself has everything you need.
