It was very helpful that there were shops inside the hotel for food and drinks with nice dishes and a wide variety. The king size bed was the best. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfy. They had great selection of things to watch during rainy periods of the day. A shuttle takes us to the BTS train station. 7Eleven is down the street (super handy if you forget something or are addicted to Thailand’s coke offerings). The staff & management are top notch especially Naye ;She was just A+ both of my stays. And the POOL!!!!! Almost a month later and I’m still missing my Shan family.

Delicious foods are served daily at the restaurant on site. The view from the 30th floor was awesome. The staff is great, cleaning service is excellent. Also, I appreciated the automatic toilet. In room dining choices and prices are quite good. The fitness room is quite good, nice view.
