The surroundings are beautiful foothills and forest and the hotel area is really stunning with ducks, rabbits and nature. The room was better than I expected, like being in Japan. The Onsen facilities are equal to some of the best I have been to in Japan. Food was good, staff nice and I would happily stay again.

All staff was really sweet and helpful. They are the best staff I've ever met on all my trip. They really did their best to make my stay great. The place is surrounded by trees and it was beautiful and quite. It was located slightly away from the tourist attractions, but there is no problem because easily to grab a taxi. Traditional Lanna style room was also beautiful and and cozy. Their cleaning service was also good and I never found any ants or lizards in the room. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will choose this hotel again.
