The pool is heated, the hotel is realy beautiful. Room was perfect size and we had one extra bed. Personal realy nice, they even gifted our children elephant key chains. They have nice free activities for children like making sope. We recomend this hotel to everyone

We just spent two nights at The Old City Rooms in the heart of Chiang Mai, and we couldn't have been happier with this place. The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

Located inside old city just behind main temple wat Phra Singh, but an oasis of quiet and comfort. Well-maintained, beautiful Thai style rooms with balcony. Pool, fitness, free daily tea time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely beautiful hotel and had a lovely and very comfortable stay at the Onsen at Moncham during our visit to Chiang Mai. It was very spacious rooms and most rooms have a private Onsen in them. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. The staff of the hotel goes beyond service to make the stay comfortable. I stayed with my elderly parents and 10 year old kid, and all enjoyed the place so much. Great hotel and a lovely and peaceful location to spend a couple of nights.

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. The continental breakfast was excellent! The 1 for 1 cocktail at the pool bar is an excellent idea. Keep it up, we may come back simply for the sunset at the pool.
