We also took bikes to go to the White Temple, it was very quick. Perfect for a quiet stay

Hosts Jazz & Nui have created something very special, with beautifully-crafted private Villas privately spread around the meandering, magnificent, quiet waterfall property. Birdsong and joy and pleasantness every moment, everywhere you look! On the practical side: I was in Villa A2 which featured a deep bathtub in the large bathroom in addition to the amazing rainshower; a large desk perfect for the needs of my work-while-travelling; lovely comfortable lounge area; big bed; useful amenities; and a gorgeous patio beside the water. The daily Housekeeping was thorough. The on-site restaurant offers a broad menu for foreigners and Thai's, with choice of fabulous dining room or in-room dining options. Hosts Jazz & Nui provided a free shuttle when asked to the closest daily food market, and to a Tuesday night food market bazaar. They were also happy to help me get to the chilled city area too, at the same cost as a typical Thai taxi app. Airport pick-up and drop-off was hassle-free. There's authentic street-food a short walk downhill, and a café with heavenly views just uphill. I live in Bangkok full-time, and Bura Resort in Chiang Rai is my new escape! Can't wait to return. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful flower patels on the breakfast tray to make it look like a piece of art, the attention they were always paying to how I was doing and whether I would like to participate in a coffee tasting or jungle coffee farm visit....I had the pleasure and the privilege to experience a truly special place with extraordinary people in it. For people who love learning, unique places, delicious coffee, exploring the wild a little bit, embracing the calm and the loud moments when the jungle gets a bit louder in September, getting to know the culture in the Chiang Rai mountain region a little bit....You will love this place. The feeling which remains with me is gratitude for having witnessed this jewel as it taught me what hospitality and giving and the passion behind it really mean. Thank you so much for everything!

The beautiful scenitic view of the mountains and valleys. A very comfortable stay with all the amenities you could ever asked for. The very warm hospitality of the owner. Superb breakfast with the additional option for dinner (either the local seasonal food or shabu). Very calm and peaceful atmoshere. Recommend for coffee lovers with coffee grinder, paper filters, server kettle and dripper provided in the room. Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely go back again.

We were worried about dinner as dining options are quite limited with it is late, but there’s delicious dinner available just beside by the host. Breakfast was awesome, we had to leave early but host went the extra mile to prepare breakfast earlier than expected for us. Wonderful stay and value for money
