The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

I had breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant for the duration of my stay and it was first class service. Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.

Located on the secluded white sands of Bangsak beach, Le Meridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa is the newest addition of Marriott International in Khao Lak, Phang Nga. This is one of the best value resorts I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very practical for travelling with a baby. The all inclusive package was incredible value for money. We will definitely be coming back. We were particularly appreciative of Ae and Oilly extra efforts to entertain our 6 month old baby while we were eating meals.

A clean, tranquil stay on a relaxing beach. The staff are incredibly friendly- Aom and Nha!! The gardens are beautiful. Dinner on the beach with white table cloths and a bottle of wine.

Offering comfort with well-designed rooms and attentive service, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak - SHA Plus Extra is located on the peaceful Bang Niang Beach. Rooms are well designed, more closet and packing space would have been better. Restaurant’s food was great, cocktails could be better. Staff are very friendly and helpful
