We spent 3 weeks out there, 3 days before check out date the air conditioner on the 2nd floor in the room where our kids lived turned out of service. The hotel’s administration did their best to relocate us to another room, and furthermore provided some gifts as apologies for the inconvenience. We greately appreciate such a warm treatment of us as valued guests. Extremely quiet atmosphere in the large hotel’s territory. Ideal for families with kids.

Having the managers contact in the rooms was great as she was very helpful in organising motorbikes/activities. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff members that stood out were: The hostess Lelyla, Chef James, and the bartender Wann. They helped make my new fiancé and my trip the best most memorable. They played huge parts in helping me celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and with my proposal.

Quiet and had the pool to ourselves. Airconditioning worked well. You literally cross the small street to the beach. No beach vendors trying to sell you things. Very peaceful and relaxing.
