Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Thermal & Spa is a five-star city hotel located on the shores of gulf. The hotel's guest rooms offer views of the sea, nature and the city. Great hotel with incredible views of the marina and mountains. The thermal spa and facilities were exceptional! Couldn't believe the multiple saunas, thermal pool, cold tub, indoor and outdoor pool and gym on offer... all for free/included in the room price! Used the hairdresser on-site before a wedding, and had great results. Staff were helpful and made us feel like we were in great hands. We'll be back!

Big shout out to all the staff from those on reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaners… they were all great and went out of their way to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The location of the property was excellent. A short walk to the Main Street but far enough away to not hear any noise. Onsite the hotel has two fabulous pools so that you can cool off and relax with an ice cold drink Hotel can also organise a free shuttle return twice a day to the Blue Lagoon including free sun beds for the day… you just pay for your food and drink at the beach club they take you to… great value for a relaxing day out.

There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. On top of that, the staff’s behavior and service were outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Whatever you expect from a hotel, this place delivers it with first-class quality.
