I got an upgraded room immediately without even asking! First of all - you constantly feel that you are a very special and dear guest. Guys from reception know your name and in which room you live, waiters remember in a couple of days what you like, animation team celebrates with you all your victories and chit-chats each time you see each other... We've spent 7 nights and there was no single time when I put aside a dish cause it wasn't good enough - everything we've tried was between "tasty" and "wow delicious!". Akdeniz serves more restaurant-style (steaks, shrimps, sashimi and so on) dishes and the vibe is really great. Don't expect Micheline stars and lobsters but all in all - really good. The same goes for cocktails. The variety and quality of included drinks are mind-blowing (Hennesy, Olmeca etc.) House-keeping ladies are doing an amazing job, all the necessities are replenished, mini-bar is regularly re-stocked, and clothes are nicely folded... We had a very pleasant touch on the last day - a bottle of good Italian Prosecco and sweets. That was absolutely unexpected and so sweet! Great evening entertainment (just the right amount and quality of the performances)! Nice SPA-facilities, if you don't like the prices in SPA - wait a bit, they have amazing Sales-managers and you could get a great discount (around 30%) if you negotiate a bit :) Massage quality is higher than usually in the resorts but not top-notch. You can order pillows and yoga equipment in the room! Basically everything was so amazing that I have booked vacations in a year somewhere in the mid of my stay and now considering a shorter visit in a couple of months. If you are concerned about the weather: at the beginning of December there were 3 days when I could swim in the sea and outdoor pool and 4 days when the indoor pool did the job.

Location is great Club lunch offers exelent service, food is exceptionally delicious. Service in the club room is polate and helpful. Really good service

I stayed at Ethnobelic Hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent — staff were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that were always fresh and well prepared . Overall, Ethnobelic Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to our holiday assistants Asiyeh, and Gülsüm who were very kind and did everything to make us happy ❤️

Just great! Exceeded any expectations! We were team of 8 ppl - 4 adults and 4 kids. We were lucky to be the only guests who were there for a night, the whole place was just for us. Great food! Amazing fireplace for the big company to spend beautiful evening. Great breakfast!

The staff is very customer oriented, they always tried to be helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable with the atmosphere of home. All kitchen equipment is Bosch (microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee-machine, toaster, electric stove, etc), the furniture was good (most of it was Ikea). The bed was really comfortable. Room-cleaning service was also great (friendly and scrupulous staff). There were no troubles with wi-fi, the online streams worked without interruptions. The building is newly renovated and this hotel is the most beautiful in the vicinity. Reproductions create a special vibe to this place. The restaurant is good, the quality of food is excellent, it can be easily observed that chef really tried to make it tasty and look fancy. The price is reasonable. The swimming-pool is super clean and refreshing. The half of the pool is always in the shadow which makes it really comfortable to swim in during the hot day. It takes 2 minutes to reach the beach, there are also several stores close to the hotel.
