We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

Super friendly personal, Especially in the SPA area. Excelent SPA experience. Hot water, combined with sauna, ice showers. Just wonderfull all around.

Renovated in 2019, this 5-star hotel offers luxurious rooms with a flat-screen TV in Bursa city centre. Facilities include 4 restaurants, a spa and an outdoor pool with a terrace overlooking the city.... Spa was amazing and perfectly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, I still remember the taste of the omlette. Massage was good. İt was a perfect relaxing weekend. There is a big park next to hotel, it was also nice to walk in the evening. There is a seperate spa lift that is allowing you to enter spa area independent from other lifts so we were able to walk with dressing gown inside the hotel. Dressing gown is given bu hotel as well Everything was well organized.

Located just 200 metres from Ataturk Museum, this 5-star luxury hotel offers panoramic views of Bursa with a backdrop of the famous Uludag Mountain. my notice is the swimming pool was close. It needs upgrades the whole inside furniture, and the restaurants to be match with the other hotels the bathroom to be upgraded to the shower new bathtub and is very old inside  the balcony was dirty and I went to the gym under the equipment was dirty, coffee cups bottle of soda and I told the employee to go get it. I was in the morning at seven. Thank you.
