After checking out, I realized I had left an important item behind, and the manager kindly checked immediately and arranged for it to be shipped to me. Fortunately, I was still in Turkey, and I received it quickly in another city. Also we loved that we could take stunning photos from the terrace with the hot air balloons as a backdrop. It was such a memorable experience! Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service!

Really romantic, clean, and loved the decor/cave/combo/fireplace. We got the room that we were hoping to get! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were at one of the bottom rooms at the bottom of the icy stairs and the guy at the front desk (forget his name- but he was SO wonderful) carried down our bags and lit the fire in our room and just went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was huge and fresh and very delicious. The view and proximity to the center was great. We stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely go back again!
