It is situated in the residence of the hotel , so this means it is not a normal small hotel room, but a very big appartement. You have room service , cleaning every day even a wash machine and all the facilities to feel like home but with hotels services to feel like home in holiday. There is a big balcony to enjoy the view. The staff is more than friendly and willing to help. Hotel has restaurants , bars , lounge area and it is very close to walk near the sea. Location is great. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.
