We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 in the morning. Even before check in, they kindly offered us breakfast. The Location is great. A minute walk to the metro station. Easy access to Taksim square. Walkable distance to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sophia and Blue mosque. Nice room and shower!

First, and before arrival , the staff communicated well with us since we placed our booking, they arranged for us airport transportation from & back to the airport , and they arranged for us a late check out as our flight was at night, they are very responsive via the booking app & whatsapp . On arrival staff were welcoming and very friendly, the place was clean , they offered is to change our room if we wanted a larger, they provided water , coffee, tea & milk round the clock free of charge . Apartment was clean, with 3 split AC’s , one small bathroom with shower box. The facility is few meters away from istiklal street so we went shopping & whenever we needed a rest we can have it in our room or downstairs at the hotel’s beautiful and spacious garden . Wi-fi was good & fast & covered the whole facility with no interruptions. I would like to specially thank Mr. Mohammad Saeed from reception , and Mr. Faisal from room service for their great attitude & assistance.
