I highly commend Sultan, Mehmet, Seda and all the staff! I would like to mention all their names but i unfortunately was not able to get them! But every single one of them was professional and gave excellent customer service! From the reception, to the restaurant, concierge, cleaning team, and spa, we had a wonderful experience! We would like to especially thank Muhammad — such a kind and responsive person who always handled any requests promptly and with great care. We came for medical treatment, and the hotel kindly provided us with a wheelchair for the entire duration of our stay, as well as regular ice and everything else we needed for our comfort. The breakfasts and food at the hotel were delicious and varied, making every morning a real pleasure. We are truly grateful to the entire hotel team for their attentiveness and outstanding service. It was the first time I experienced such a caring and thoughtful staff! We will definitely come back to your hotel again!

They discovered it was my birthday so they upgraded us to a larger room, and surprised us with a cake & candles in the lobby of the hotel. Everyone was always available, willing to answer any questions, or help out with anything a guest may need. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul - We are certainly coming back again !!!

The staff is ready to help in almost any situation - soup in the room for children, ice for a hospital patient. Very good breakfast. It is impossible to leave hungry. It is nice and tasty to have lunch in the hotel restaurant.
