Last time, we were traveling with a child and arriving late. When we arrived, the bed for our kid was ready per my ask. I generally just call the front desk directly to place any special requests. The room is clean; 2 destination chargers (paid) on premises if you have an electrical car.

The wellness centre includes sauna, Turkish bath and a range of massages. , The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Really like the fact that there are so many pools and the beach area is very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

I spent 6 nights with my husband in this wonderful place, I can call it a “Turkish Paradise “. The views of the Sea and the Mountains are incredible. The hotel is amazing, we liked the food and there are many restaurants you can go to. We had Hammam & massage in the spa which I can highly recommend. Swimming in the sea was wonderful, so clear & calm like a huge swimming pool. There is entertainment going on all day & night with shows, karaoke, quizzes & live performances. Tom is the best host, he is fun, friendly and approachable, he looked after us all the time. He goes out of his way to ensure all the guests are enjoying themselves. All of the staff are very welcoming and give amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. I also want to thank Enes who looked after me when I was sick. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to couples and families.
