They always exceed expectations and took care about the smallest details. Great spa that make the hotel the good place to be even in the low season. Very comfortable beds.

There is also an indoor pool and a games room with a bowling alley and billiards. The hotel is excellent, location also. It is near the airport. Rich nature around the hotel, a wonderful sand beach but also great spa area and a large selection of pools. The food was perfect, everyone could find something. It was also very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer great winter concept. Great choice if you want to have exquisite vacation.

Adored the location, it’s literally 5 min driving from the airport, the shuttle option is great as well as the breakfast. My deluxe room was clean and tidy, I appreciate the sweet compliment you treated me with after a long flight. P.S. I wish it was allowed to bring my tiny dog with me so I could visit you guys more often.

The wellness centre includes sauna, Turkish bath and a range of massages. , This is not the first time we stay at Akra, maybe it is the 12 time or more not sure, bottom of the line its our favourate hotel ever . it is amazing before the renovations and more and more after. Staff are amazing, Breakfast is amazing as usual. words are not enough to describe our experience in Akra. it is always a pleasure to be one of your guests.

It was really clean, beautiful, breakfast was good but above all staff were amazing! I left a jacket in the room and they posted it to the next hotel I will be in before I head to Italy!! Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive has a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Kemer. The accommodation offers a private beach area, as well as a bar and a tennis court. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, evening entertainment and a kids' club. I spent 6 nights with my husband in this wonderful place, I can call it a “Turkish Paradise “. The views of the Sea and the Mountains are incredible. The hotel is amazing, we liked the food and there are many restaurants you can go to. We had Hammam & massage in the spa which I can highly recommend. Swimming in the sea was wonderful, so clear & calm like a huge swimming pool. There is entertainment going on all day & night with shows, karaoke, quizzes & live performances. Tom is the best host, he is fun, friendly and approachable, he looked after us all the time. He goes out of his way to ensure all the guests are enjoying themselves. All of the staff are very welcoming and give amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. I also want to thank Enes who looked after me when I was sick. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to couples and families.

We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.
