The guest relation department was increadibly helpful and organised wonderful birthday surprise for my husband. The location of the hotel was convinient with short walk to the beach and shopping area. I would also like to highlight Gizem from kids club, she was very positive and enthusiastic. She did some magic, as my son couldn't stop speaking about her :)
