The owner went out of her way to meet us, even though we arrived in the city before check in time. We were able to store our luggage in an office until our apartment was ready, and the owner even brought the luggage herself to the apartment. A lively but not overly so street scene unfolded below our balcony each evening. Every shop imaginable within easy walking distance. And old-fashioned tram rumbled slowly along a tree lined park-like boulevard just across the street. What a delight!
