The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Situated in Key Largo, this adult-only (21+ years old), all inclusive resort features luxurious bungalows, a private beach, daily yoga, four restaurants, two outdoor pools and jacuzzis, a full service... Our anniversary stay here was extraordinary. I can not begin to describe how the staff was very pleasant, professional & amazing at what they do. This is the perfect resort to relax & have a good time. This is a very Beautiful resort with so many things to do & it’s all inclusive. Food and drinks were amazing. This resort was worth it based off the customer service alone.

This Hyatt Windward Pointe is situated in Key West, 5.7 km from the Southernmost Point, and boasts a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub. A fully equipped kitchen is provided in every apartment. Location is great, a bit outside the center, near sea. Staff was nice and helpfull. The room was clean, big, with extra big balcony. Beds were clean and comftorable. Apartment was very spacefull, kitchen has a lot of equipment. Whole place is very clean. Pool is great and also all the place around it. Parking space.

Located in the heart of historic Key West, guests will be 1 minutes’ walk from Duval Street. A heated pool, daily continental breakfast, and free WiFi are provided. We went there for two nights. The location was amazing. The service is awesome. A truly quiet pool area, good breakfast with all you need, and the happy hour with cocktails for free. We definitely will come back!!

This historical Key West bed and breakfast is 1 mile from the Southernmost Point and 3 minute’s walk from iconic Duval Street. Everything was fantastic! A very quirky guesthouse. The turret suite was perfect for a family of 4 and the balcony was an added bonus. The complementary breakfast was lovely and the happy hour is a great idea, giving chance to chat to other guests. Jess and Shaun were really hospitable and couldn’t really have done any more.

Very welcoming staff, details such as linen tablecloths/vases of flowers on breakfast tables. Top quality toiletries and towels. Quiet area but convenient for Duval Street.
