The staff was very helpful. I left a package in the room and Kaylen phoned me. We were already on the road and I didn’t check my messages till later, so didn’t find out that I left my package until we were 3 driving hours away. Kalen organized to have my package shipped home to me. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Kalen was able to do all this.

Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, Prospector Hotel & Casino is located in Ely. Free WiFi access is available in all guest rooms. The pet rooms are exceptional, best I've ever seen in many years of traveling around the U.S. and the world. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant was decent. I've been through Ely many times before and am sad that I haven't stayed here previously, but I definitely will be next time!
