Located 1 mile from the New Orleans French Quarter, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. Free Wi-Fi is also included. Location was great. Just a few blocks from the craziness of Bourbon St. Also beside green street car to Garden district and Hop on Hop off bus. What made the holiday were the staff. From check in, we were warmly welcomed and that hospitality lasted throughout our stay. Every one of thier staff members would bend over backwards to accommodate you or just say hello when passing. It was truly exceptional. From Patrick at breakfast to Renaldo at reception, they always had time for us. I have stayed in top 5 star hotels that have not managed that level of hospitality. The drinks and evening snacks where of a very high standard, as was the breakfast. We were on a 3 week tour of different US States and staying in 6 different hotels, this was by far our favourite.

The property itself was immaculate, relaxing, and perfectly suited for both adults and kids. While you may occasionally hear children from above, it’s rare and far from a dealbreaker. Everything else about the stay easily makes up for it, and you’ll soon forget about it entirely. The cleanliness, coziness, and peacefulness of the space create an environment where you can truly unwind. Our kids loved the space, and so did we. In fact, we loved it so much that we prayed for availability to extend our stay. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional hospitality, a clean and inviting atmosphere, tranquility, and affordability all in one. This property checks all the boxes. The outdoor views are breathtaking, making it a true hidden gem. Despite being familiar with the area, we never knew such beautiful places existed.
