The host was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the entire experience so smooth and uncomplicated. The house was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it a great value for the money. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Offering an indoor pool and hot tub, Misty Harbor Resort is situated in Wells, 1.7 km away from Wells Beach. Portland is 48 km away. Beautiful rooms that are both clean and fully-stocked. Staff were wonderful and facilities were well-kept. More than surpassed our expectations!

Our room was very large and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Having an extra blanket was great because the weather was chilly. The location right on the beach was beautiful, great for a morning and/or late afternoon walk. Very safe and friendly establishment. Breakfast was delicious and a different take on continental with hard boiled eggs, fresh orange chunks, English muffins, bagels and of course the freshly made (just from the oven) muffins all reviewers have raved about. Even though the inn was quite busy somehow the staff managed the small dining room turnover very well and we always got a table. It was great staying in a place with so much history and charm.
