Each and every staff member we encountered were smiling and welcoming. We lost something in the casino and the security staff went responded promptly and professionally. You cannot find a more varied environment for whatever your taste is . The hotel shuttle service was impressive and allowed is to explore Saratoga downtown which is unbelievable! Cannot wait to come back!
