Location is great, walkable to the beach and center of waikiki. Also close to a mall with many shops and restaurants. My room was big and with a nice view of the marina/pool. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I tried the breakfast buffet which was delicious with healthy options.

The Urban Oasis is located on the 8th floor and offers a panoramic view of Waikiki Beach, an infinity lap pool, a hot tub, a pool bar serving specialty cocktails and a private garden with reflexology path. Super welcoming staff (only one that spent generous gift for our honeymoon!). The building and room is modern and cleaned and the staff helped up for any request

Service and staff were excellent. The rooms were outstanding. We had one king ocean view with sitting area, sofa bed, kitchenette and washer and dryer. Ocean view was excellent.

Facilities were fantastic- room was more spacious than we expected and very well stocked kitchen. Check in was so friendly and personable, and we got amenities like beach bag and drink bottles which was a nice surprise.

Loved the private beach, facilities (sunscreen, waters, towels) Spa was incredible - best massage. However, these were not in the huts as pictured and requested and as a special occasion I was dissapointed. We did the snorkel canoe tour - ended up being just us - amazing guides super friendly

Wrist band for identification and opening doors was a good feature. would be great if the wrist band can allow us to charge to our room. especially good if you have kids.
