We absolutely loved our stay here - this was hands down the best place we stayed at during our whole U.S. trip! The room was spacious, and every single detail was thoughtfully and beautifully chosen. The property itself is magical. There are cats, dogs, and even horses roaming around, so if you’re an animal lover or just in need of some cuddles, this place has you covered. There’s also a sauna, a jacuzzi, a washing machine, and even a short hike to a waterfall right from the property! For kids, there’s badminton and climbing equipment to keep them active and entertained. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming - they even made us a vegetarian breakfast, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend staying more than just one night - one day is not enough to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Absolutely perfect in every way!

A beautiful building, very well kept, with an outstanding ocean-front position. Cleaning and maintenance people are always at work to keep everything tidy and neat. The family suite we had (2nd floor, ocean view) was large, comfy, with a breathtaking balcony on the Pacific Ocean and on the Yaquina Head and Lighthouse. The cleanliness is excellent! A welcome basket awaits in the room, full of delicious locally produced snacks. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there is a food truck located in the parking lot that makes delicious breakfast sandwiches. At checkout, they gave us bags with water bottles and candies supply for the day: so thoughtful and appreciated!! The price is high, but the value is so much worth it!!

A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in all units. At the bed and breakfast, the units have bed linen and towels. We received a warm welcome from the owner Nancy. The bedroom was very cozy with an incredible view and a very big bed. We also loved the shower which is outstanding. The breakfast was excellent with fresh scrambled eggs and baked scones. We were in Brookings for only 1 night and didn't take time to enjoy the hot tub. Maybe next time :)

A French press coffeemaker and tea infusers are available. Definitely the bests place to stay in Newport. The Inn is quite new, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. View of the sea is stunning, the hot tub facing the ocean is fascinating. The breakfast delivered to our room are of good quality.

Rooms at The Wayside Inn include a smart TV with cable and suites include a sofa. The warmly decorated rooms are comfortably furnished and include a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. It was clean, comfortable and specially the location. Right across the cannon beach.

Surfsand Kids club allows children to experience a number of crafts and activities. We had an amazing stay at Surfsand Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. The staff was super friendly and kind, and it was such a nice surprise to get a free welcome drink at check-in! There are always hot drinks available in the lobby—hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and apple cider. Such a cozy little bonus, especially after being out in the fresh air. Our room was super clean and felt newly renovated. We loved the comfy bathrobes, the big bathtub, and the fireplace—it all made the stay extra cozy. Plus, we had a beautiful view of Haystack Rock right from our room! One of the best parts was how close the beach is—less than a 2-minute walk, which is amazing, especially with kids. We also booked the beach bonfire for $50, and it was such a fun experience. The staff set everything up and gave us everything for s’mores—sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate. It was the perfect beach night! There’s also a warm indoor pool and a hot tub on site, which our kids loved and we really enjoyed too. Honestly, this hotel feels like the most budget-friendly option in the area, but it delivers 100% and even more. Great value for the price. We stayed with our two kids and loved everything—no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!
