Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Guests of the Margaritaville Island Inn can enjoy the indoor hot tub or the fitness centre. Everything was so clean and comfortable it was a wonderful experience with activities for everyone all around for young and old. We loved it.

Step out onto the balcony at this home away from home. The dining area comes complete with a microwave and a refrigerator while the private bathroom features a shower, bath, or spa bath. Cosy rooms include a TV and a fireplace. The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Come and enjoy our seasonal outdoor swimming pool, outdoor firepit located in our courtyard, or our indoor pool that is open year-round. Every room offers a spacious seating area, coffee maker, and other amenities. A HOT Breakfast is offered daily in the breakfast room located on the 2nd floor. Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.

This hotel offers a great value for longer stays for guests relocating to the area, in town for long-term projects or a taking a vacation. All of our suites offer residential-style amenities like fully equipped kitchens in every room, weekly housekeeping service, free hot breakfast and coffee, free premium cable television with movie channels, free local calls, free weekday newspaper, an exercise room, indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, high-speed internet access, on-site conference facilities, business centre, and access to copy and fax services. Everything was as good as expected! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay. The staff was/is great, Only issue was the AC knowledge of one maintenance man. Room was great and the free breakfast was unexpected.. very nice & food was good.

Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge offers two hot tubs, and a children's pool, Free property-wide Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an on-site launderette are also offered. The hot tub and 24 hr pool was really nice and clean. The whole facility was well kept. 24 hr laundry and gym were on site. The room was comfortable and clean. We can't wait to return!
