Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located amidst the shopping, dining and entertainment on Island at Pigeon Forge, this hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, along with an outdoor lounge area and a firepit. The hotel was gorgeous, the location- unbeatable, and the breakfast was delicious. And to top it off the staff was wonderful!

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge. Great and very well maintained hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff members were kind and helpful. We were very happy with our stay there!

This Pigeon Forge hotel includes 2 separate buildings and is 3.2 km from the Wonderworks attraction and 17.6 km from Great Smoky Mountains. The sheets were very soft, great water pressure. The location was fantastic and I really enjoyed the daily breakfast

My family and I liked it very much! Very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The location is excellent.
