Located a 20 minutes’ drive away from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport, this hotel features an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Free Wi-Fi is also offered. We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington from July 4 to July 7 and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. As a couple from Switzerland who has spent over 50 nights in U.S. hotels over the past two years, we can confidently say: this was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our 2-room suite with a king bed was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we both slept like a dream every night. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the room to the lobby and breakfast area, was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Check-in and check-out were fast, friendly, and completely hassle-free. We also appreciated the generous breakfast each morning: great variety, high quality, and plenty of seating, even at peak times. Although we missed the evening “Kickback” due to our time at Six Flags Park, we could tell that this hotel offers far more than the basics. It's very well located, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and it’s clear that this hotel is run with care and attention to detail. From now on, we’ll specifically look for Drury Hotels when booking future U.S. trips; this experience set a new standard for us. Highly recommended!
