Located 5 minutes’ walk from Gondola One ski lift in Vail, Sonnenalp features 3 restaurants and free WiFi throughout the property. Absolutely loved everything. They even give you homemade cookies every night. The location is perfection and definitely one of the nicest hotels in vail, if not the nicest. Upgraded us upon arrival. The ski concierge is unbelievable and so convenient. More hotels definitely need to do what this hotel does and offers. We travel to 5 star hotels all over the world and this one definitely stuck out.

This Vail resort boosts heated outdoor swimming pools and suites with fully equipped modern kitchens. It offers a free transfer service to Eagle Bahn Gondola, 5 minutes’ walk away. Staff was very friendly. Property was beautiful. Our residence was well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated.
