Staff were very professional. We were warned beforehand about the hotel location situated close to the entertainment district and were given the option to cancel our booking if we were bothered by the noises. Nevertheless we proceed with our bookings and it was the best stay ever. They provided us with earplugs, which we didn't use. The noises never really bothered us. The beds were comfortable, and we had the best sleep. Rooms are reasonably big & clean. Location is very ideal to those who loves the hustle & bustle of Hanoi night life! A few minutes walk to Beer Street. Lots of food & good eateries nearby. Easy stroll to Hoan Kiem Lakes. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Help us book a limousine to take my family of six to the airport & hotel charges us reasonable rates comparable to booking two grabs. Will definitely be back if we visit Hanoi again.

Excellent hotel in relation price with what you get, it has an excellent location, very good breakfast, good rooftop, great spa and the hotel staff is really friendly, it's a pleasure to stay there, definitely when I return I will choose them again. In the check out they give you a gift :)

The room was great, with incredibly comfortable beds and a clean and beautiful bathroom with hot water. The staff were very helpful, and they helped us prepare and print our documents to apply for a visa. The hotel was very centrally located, in the old town and with lots of restaurants around. I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel.
