The hotel offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub. It’s very nice! The rooftop is quite nice, we didn’t use the pool but we had a couple of beers there. They welcome you with a very delicious tea I wanna say? Which was lovely! I loved everything about my stay here. The room I selected was small but hey, we didn’t even spend time there. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. We have no complaints at all!

Very quiet even though it’s right in the middle of the old quarter. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at an hotel. A nice mix of vietnamese and western cuisine. A few of the dishes changed each day, so you could always try something new. The roof top bar is fantastic, great cocktails and a nice view. The best place to relax after a hectic day in Hanoi. What really makes this hotel stand out though is its staff. Just wow. They are so friendly and helped us with everything from restaurants, to getting us tickets to see a football match and arraging day trips. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcome in an hotel before. Thank you so much to all the staff, especially Lucas and Jenny, but also Charles, Peter and Leo.
