Hotel is fantastically located and close to all attractions in the Old town, French quarter and 10 minutes away from the train street. We spent there two days and then returned for another day after our Ninh Bihn city visit. We got a free upgrade for a fantastic room with a front street view. The breakfast is really great and contains many complementary on-demand items (waffles, pancakes, sandwiches, toasts, but also Pho and Bun Cha. A lot of fresh fruits, cakes and fresh juices. The staff were so wonderful and helpful with any request. We even got a small farewell gift for upcoming Lunar New Year. Absolutely fantastic experience.

I loved the feeling of security and comfort that I got after a long day of exploring and adventuring outside. It was like coming home to a safe harbor. The staff were all lovely and professional; they greeted us with drinks and snacks even when our arrival time was near midnight! They also warmly welcomed us to our room when we returned after a day trip to Ninh Binh. The hotel was just great at making us feel special. The room is spacious enough for me, my husband, and my 3-year-old. The hotel is located near Train Street, and there are tons of great street food options just around the corner. The staff was also swift in helping us book shuttles to and from the airport, as well as a direct shuttle limousine to our homestay in Tam Coc. All in all, would definitely come again!

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. Staff Linh was welcoming and very helpful. Spa was excellent and forgot to check lady’s name she was too good in recommending and staff gave very good massage. The interior of the property is beautiful and huge located at city centre. Will definitely come back as am in love with Vietnamese hospitality and people.

Great amenities, awesome breakfast choices, the location was perfect and within walking distance to old quarter places of interest including train street. Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always there to assist with taxis and provide great tips on city attractions. The breakfast buffet, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits, was definitely a highlight of my stay. Our room on the 10th floor offered a lovely view of the nearby church, which added a charming touch. The rooftop bar provided a nice ambiance with delicious cocktails and a wonderful city view. The gym was adequately equipped for a good workout. The hotel was very clean, and the AC was quiet and effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a reliable choice if you're visiting Hanoi!
