This is my first day staying at the resort on Phu Quoc Island. I really love the feeling of being far away from the hustle and bustle of life, surrounded by natural jungle and the sounds of insects and birds! The staff member, Daniel, provides service as if he were Superman, making me think he is the owner of the resort; he is very thoughtful! The location is relatively remote, and if they strengthen airport and scenic area transfers as well as offer unique local dining options, the price could definitely increase by at least 2 to 5 times.

The property is located on higher floors and gives uncut view of ocean. They have designed it with care and have provided most essential everyday need items. One can enjoy night show from balcony itself. I travelled solo and place was ideal for me. Response time from the owner is amazingly quick, it’s 5 on 5 and accommodative for any last minute requests. I had late evening flight and they allowed late check out without any fuss. Ms Dao, assistant staff at the location is polite and prompt in services.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world and caters for absolutely everyone. Everywhere is extremely tidy and well kept. Regular shuttle buses whenever you need them. Lots of activities on site for all ages. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great beach bar and nice area with day beds & hammocks. Beautifully maintained gardens. Very convenient to have an ATM at the front of the resort. Resort provided free air port pick up & drop off.

Boutique hotels with personality for a remarkable travel experience. This place is heavenly, the gardens are amazing, the location , the breakfast is great, the spa is one of the best experiences we had but above all is an exceptional high service. Thanks to Sam that seems to be everywhere and solves every little thing, the pool boy Triuem is one of a kind ! Thank you all we had a great vacation, looking forward to come back asap… Yossi&Michal
