The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable, the aircon and heater (it's cold in Sapa) worked perfectly and the shower was also perfect (nice hot water with strong pressure). The staff are really friendly and attentive. Location is great, just a few minutes walking to the main area in Sapa. Finally, breakfast is delicious and abundant (sometimes a bit too much, we felt bad we couldn't finish all the food!).
