This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

Very friendly staff, especially the middle aged staff member wearing a sweater also occupying the cooking place as well as welcoming guests. He and the other staff members made us feel genuinely welcome in the beautiful Vietnamese welcoming way. There was a delicious breakfast with each day something new to try out. Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa! We chose a room with a valley view and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless and the hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The staff were professional, extremely kind, and always willing to help with a smile. They provided us with useful information and tips about local activities, even updates about the weather so we could better plan our days. They also often offered us tea, which was a very nice touch. We tried some of the hotel’s services, such as massage and trekking. Their partners were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable compared to the usual overpriced tourist rates. The highlight of our stay was the check-out flexibility. Since our trip was at night and it would have been tiring to leave early in the morning, the staff themselves suggested that we check out whenever we wanted, without any extra charge, as there was no booking right after us. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, amazing views, a peaceful location, excellent staff, and well-priced services.
