The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

Numerous tours were available to explore the area. Every staff member was so welcoming, accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. This is a special place - don't miss it!
